Due to severe weather warnings for ice and snow, and snow which has brought Harlow to a stand still this evening the nursery will be closed Tuesday 22^nd December 2009.

The staff are having a little move around. This aids their professional development working with all the age groups and with diferent children. The changes will take place when the children return from their Christmas break. All children will continue to have a key person in their room and have already spent time with the staff that will be looking after them.

Rum Tum Tugger’s will be closed on the 23^rd December 2009 until the 4^th January. We would like wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

We are saying goodbye to Lauren Kent and Anneliese Hickson from the Mungojerries Room this week. I am sure you will join us in saying a big thank you to them both for all their hard work and dedication. They will be missed by children, staff and parents.  We wish them both well in the future.

We are happy to say that we will be joined by Carly Bird after Christmas. Carly is a familiar face at Rum Tum Tugger’s. Carly started with us as a student when studying for her Level 3 Qualification. Carly will be with us everyday 8.30am till 5.30pm in the Rumpleteazers room working alongside Sharon and Gemma.

We have found somebody to look after Nuzzle and Scratch over the Christmas break. Rum Tum Tugger’s says a big thank you to Leighton and his family for volunteering to look after them. We know they will have lots of fun.
